The great thing about taking a holiday in the UK is that if the weather does go a bit rainy, there is still always plenty to do. We had a fairly rainy holiday this summer in North Cornwall. We still rate it as a great destination and we can’t wait to go back next year when hopefully we will catch some nice weather.
Anyway I was flicking through my videos from the summer and I completely forgot about this one that my daughter, Maddy and myself made at Blue Reef Aquarium in Newquay. The aquarium itself is in the lovely Towan Beach in Newquay and although not the cheapest attraction in North Cornwall, is still good value. I hope I’m not going to get anyone in trouble, but when I saw that children under 3 got in free, I said to my 6 year old Maddy, “your two and half aren’t you?”. The guy on the till said, “that’s good enough for me” and let her in for free. Maybe they just felt a bit sorry for us on a rainy day!
