You don’t have to stick to a timetable and there’s no hanging about at an airport. You also don’t leave much of a carbon footprint. That’s why there are about 1.6million Britons who enjoy this kind of holiday." With facilities including clubhouses, showers, toilets, bars, restaurants, swimming pools and kids’ play areas, many members opt to stay in caravan parks.
